People living in states such as Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama, are having the short in of the stick in terms of the massive heat this summer.
The heat index in Oklahoma is so intense that it buckled a turnpike, creating a two-foot ramp that sent motorcyclists flying 150 feet in the air. This rising heat covers a large portion of the us (as seen in the picture) and the big question is "When will it cool down?"
